Terms used:
User: A person who selects the products from the STORE, fills in the data and initiates the order, doing so on his own behalf or on behalf of a legal entity authorized by him.
Recipient: A natural or legal person who may be different from the user and who receives the ordered products at an address specified by the applicant.
To place an order, the user must fill in the required data in the indicated places.

Free delivery on orders OVER EUR 100.00.
After the expiration of 2 days from the deadline for the delivery of the shipment, "Storage" begins to be charged - EUR 1.20 for each day of its stay.
For orders with a delivery address outside Bulgaria, delivery prices are calculated during the order process.
Deliveries to settlements outside the European Union
Users of the e-shop whose delivery addresses are for locations outside the European Union shall additionally pay all duties, taxes and charges due to the respective countries. These charges are not included in the shipping price and vary from country to country. For exact information, check with the relevant agencies in your country.
Payment methods and refunds
1. Cash payment on delivery - cash on delivery with postal money order
The delivery of the ordered goods takes place within 1 to 5 working days, starting from the date of the order, if it is made before 12:00. If the order is placed after this time, the next working day is taken as the beginning of the term. The order is paid upon delivery by the courier company.
Upon delivery of the goods, you pay the amount due to the courier. You pay nothing extra unless you have requested a fixed delivery time. All shipping costs are included in the order price.
Please keep the receipt from the forwarding company, which will serve as a receipt for the document (invoice, goods receipt) issued by the STORE for the purchased goods.
2. Payment by bank transfer
The goods will be sent by courier after the money from the transfer is received in our bank account:

3. Payment with ePay.bg (Debit and Credit cards - MasterCard and VISA)
Payment at the time of the order. No registration is required to pay with a card through ePay.bg. Users who are registered at ePay.bg can pay with a saved card or with their micro account.
Merchandise will be dispatched by courier the next working day at the latest, unless additional time is required for manufacturing and sizing.
4. Refunds
In the event of a need for full or partial refunds to the User by the STORE, they shall be carried out in an additional manner agreed between the parties.
In the event that the user withdraws from the contract, the STORE will reimburse all payments received (with the exception of delivery costs) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the user informs the STORE of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Within 14 days from the date of receipt, you may return or exchange purchased goods under the following conditions:
a) the product is in its original form, packaging and quality,
b) the label has not been unsealed and removed from the goods,
c) the product has not been treated in any way (not washed or starved, without fragrance of perfume or other cosmetic product).
d) proof of purchase is required: invoice, goods receipt, receipt and waybill number from the forwarding company or other type of accompanying documents (received together with the goods from the order).
